This is a handy location if you are headed to Marlborough, MA. It is quiet and clean, easy to find right off the Interstate, a gas station is next door and Marlborough is less than 10 minutes away.

Very clean room, nice and quiet.

0/5 Stars Do not stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and we arrived around 11:00 p.m. after a long day of travelling. Unfortunately, once we entered our room, we found it to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The room had pubic hair in my son’s bed, feces smeared on the back of the bathroom door, a used bar of soap behind the toilet, urine on the bathroom floor, and dead bugs in the bed. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Because of the condition of the room, we left early the next morning. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Even if this hotel were only $50 a night, I would not stay here again. I spoke with the hotel the following day to explain what we found, but they were difficult to deal with and took no ownership of the situation. A sincere apology and accountability would have gone a long way, but neither was offered. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Clean and well kept but the Internet was terrible, and hard to make calls out.

Tv was broken, there were bugs. Bed was uncomfortable

WILL NEVER STAY AT A RED ROOF HOTEL AGAIN.

Housekeeping only changes bed linens & leaves towels. Toxic black mold in bathroom, cracked porcelain in sink, and paint peeling off the bathtub and ceiling!! Staff doesn't care about problems. I was told to "Stop talking" and "Stop complaining" by a staff named Winn on the 2nd shift desk staff. He is a 30-35 male, light skinned with a beard & mustache. I also was treated poorly when I reported the Fire Alarm was CONSTANTLY screeching for an upstairs room 240. The staff said "don't worry"!! Are they sleeping there, or "trying to sleep" with a CONSTANT fire alarm?? Why aren't the staff calling the Fire Dept. who can check the room & shut off the alarm?? That's the correct procedure for the staff at a motel. General Management needed here desperately!!
