We have had several problems with our stay here. We booked a room with a roll in shower to accommodate me being disabled and wheelchair bound. The property stated they do not have this room type despite it being advertised. The parking lot is being asphalted. We had to park far from our room and difficult to access by wheelchair. Not to mention my husband having to. make multiple trips carrying all of our things. The bed is horribly, horribly uncomfortable and the sheets are stained. We requested extra pillows twice and still have no received them. The smoke detector went off at 3 am and didn’t stop until

Room was comfortable but the air conditioning unit rattled constantly, and I could hear the next door unit rattling from my inside my room. The people on both sides of me knew each other and were knocking on each other’s door often and talking outside for a long time. As we were immediately above the lobby, I feel the manager would have heard and could’ve asked them to be quiet. At the very least, given the open rooms, he could have situated me away from those rooms.

If you are travelling on a budget and need a place to sleep, this will fit the bill. It has the necessities but no more. Furnishings, linens and soap were clean. Some of the heaters near the ceiling had flaking paint. I stayed 4 nights and did not see any room service. The television did not get any local stations or ABC, CBS, NBC or CNN, only what is free over an antenna. Parking was not a problem. Desk staff was very and still in training - willing and courteous but inexperienced.
