I had a very good experience check in was simple not complicated everything was wonderful my room was great I am very pleased I will stay here again.
Avoid this place!
The lobby smelled like urine, it was dirty, the police were onsite for some reason and the clerk tried to get extra money from us even though our receipt showed we’d already paid in advance. One of the guests told us “things” were always happening there. We refused to hand over the extra money and asked for a refund, which the clerk refused to do. We never stayed and contacted Red Roof “customer support” — they refused our refund. We will never use Red Roof again.
Horrible customer service.
Customer service is lacking any kind of empathy or professionalism. The room was Okay but I will not be going back there. Customer service was just horrible. Communication wasn’t there. The whole interaction with customer service was very uninviting.
The room was very clean and neat.
Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I would give it a review of 5.

The room had lingering smell of a smoker in it. The dead bolt on the door to secure it at night would not work. The metal flange of the door seemed to be stopping it. There were black curly hairs on the shower walls. I have stayed here for the past several years to attend the State Wrestling Tournament at the Coliseum and really did not expect to be staying at a really nice place. I come here because I just need a place to sleep. The cost/location is a big factor in why I stay here.

Front desk had an incredibly rude employee. Lobby is closed. Access the front desk talking through bulllet proof glass. Tv cable only had a few channels. Remote didn’t work at first. Key needed to be reprogrammed a few times.

I usually choose to stay here whenever I'm staying 1 night, but this time the room was horrible. I didn't have an iron. I killed 2 bugs as soon as I walked into the room. There was a large beetle in the corner of the room above the sink. As I sat on the bed taking to my old roommate, a roach crawled across the night stand and onto my can of beer. Later I saw another roach running across the sink. I asked if I could switch rooms, I couldn't. I asked for my money back, I was told it was non-refundable. Worst stay ever!! There's an option to add pics, but it won't let me! I took pictures of the bugs.
