Needs were not met and no attempt was made to meet them.
Bad Time
I did not come to the Red Roof Inn. I tried to get my stay changed to this next weekend and no one would call me back to talk.
Do NOT STAY.
red roof is typically very nice and one of our favorite places to stay. Do NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are not nice, they don’t have a fridge, customer service is terrible. We will never stay with this on again.

Barking dogs. (I will not stay @ pet friendly motels again.) Shifty characters. Dark back parking lot. Difficult to find motel at night.
However, front office very helpful. I drove up to my room when smokers were seen entering room next to mine. She immediately changed my room. Wished I had stayed next door @ Days Inn.

This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel I found to be scary. The security latch on my door didn't function as it appeared the door had been recently kicked in. The heater was a radiating heater and when turned on it made a loud clicking sound.
The general quality of this location doesn't match up with the current review score, nor did the rooms look like the photos listed. I would strongly urge travelers to research other locations.

Dooor kept getting stuck open and couldn't close ir lock properly. People banged on walls yelling and screaming.
