A staff member was very unprofessional and very rude and lied to have us removed from the property and she should not be working there. I will make sure to report them to the better business bureau!

I was traveling alone, with my dog, to get back to Florida. As a woman of some age, all I wanted was to get off the road, stay in a clean place, feel safe, be treated nicely, and to be on my way south in the AM. This facility gave me all those things. The staff was very courteous and friendly, the dog stayed free---no hassle, the room was clean and neat, the bed was comfortable, the TV provided channels that I like, I had an microwave and a fridge, I felt safe while walking my dog outside and while staying there overnight. In total, I was very happy with my stay.

Tonight's check-in experience was exceptional. This is our first visit to a red roof inn (although we frequently stay in hotels) and the professionalism and efficiency of the customer service I received during our checking in process was up to par or exceeded what we have encountered elsewhere including upscale hotel properties.

The room smelled musty and moldy. I immediately started feeling my chest tightening up and began coughing. The bathroom fixtures were rusted.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
