Never again! Terrible bed. Noisy surrounding. Extremely loud A/C unit. Smell of marijuana permeating through door between rooms all night. No housekeeping if you stay more than one night. Do not recommend!

Only stay at Red roof out of desperation, then treated like you moving in a new apt. By bringing clean sheets and bedding , towels , wash cloths and a iron.. To get these things and to be clean is asking a lot from this hotel. To be in a superb location, it’s doesnt cut it on lowest standards.. My recommendation plan ahead of time, stay away friends from booking here..

Water was out, but that was the city's issue. Your staff needs to be more customer friendly or find employment elsewhere. If you're behind the desk, your face should NOT be sour! SMILE and lose the attitude.

The ac unit did not have cold air an it was set at 60 degrees the vent wouldn't stay open. That was my second stay there. My first stay was July 28th an the half of the ac unit blowed air out.
