Great location and customer service
I stayed here before and this time my power was out at my rental house and needed a hotel close to the BNA airport. So I am extending my stay three more days. Which I made in the hotel office. Personal friendly.A good basic hotel to stay at.

The room didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave. Not even in the lobby. The room itself was small and a bit compacted. Definitely NOT sound proof so you will hear the airplanes. But staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Dirty sheets, dirty walls, snot or another bodily fluid all over the chair. Smoked in for YEARS. Not well maintained. Pictures don’t tell the full story.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Even though it was a good experience I wished it had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
Location was very centrally located and close to the airport.
I definitely recommend it.
