I was very pleased with my stay.

Room was clean and nice. Quiet. Great handicap friendly shower.

Hotel room was acceptable

Great staff!! They were so friendly. Not very clean, other people hair everywhere(shower, toilet, floor) We felt safe. Beds were GREAT!!! not enough pillows, but thats always my complaint!!

The hotel smells fowl. Not sure what I was smelling but it stunk. Maybe just a weird musty odor? The bath tub was gross and the shower rod was all jacked up. On a positive note, the TV worked, It was in a good location, only $80 and the bed was more comfortable than it looked.

Around 25 minutes after arrival there were two what Google called carpet beetles. They were tiny. Then around an hour later when we returned with food two roaches came from under the microwave and then one was crawling on the wall by the night stand. We notified the front desk who offered another room, on the same floor. Upon inspecting that room before unpacking again...there were a couple of dead bugs in the room and a spider in the window. There was also an alive spider in the bed. We informed the front desk that we were leaving and was told to request a refund through Hotels.com. That process was completed only to be notified Red Roof Inn declined the request for a refund. We sent pictures as proof as well. Very dissatisfied with this booking.

A smell of mold was in my room. The shower head had little water pressure
