Heater in our room did not work, front desk came to check it, then asked how she could make it right. Kudos to her for great service!

The room was very dirty. It looked like it wasn’t clean in weeks. You could see dirt under the sink where the towels where. The shower shower wall had a long yellow line. Looked like they glued it together. The sheets looked yellow. The floors looked like they had not been sweep. One of the drawers was broken it was missing the bottom. Overall this has been the dirtiest hotel I had ever stayed in. First and last time I will stay at a Red Roof again.

Trash can at entrance overflowing with trash. A/C not working. When asked to speak to manager we were told that there was no manager on weekends. Elevators dirty. Trash on floor. Coffee and creamer area -no cups. Bathroom shower curtains smelled moldy. Poor customer service.

Extra charge , not disclosed at booking or at check in . Only noticed after check out apon reviewing invoice.
Hotel can’t add admin fees after booking confirmation. Confirmation is valid for agree price at booking.
Only fee that was disclosed in the on line book was a $75 dollar security deposit which is return if no damage.
No safe fee disclosure. What next will they start to charge for without advance notice, maybe $10 for this $20 for that !!
This is not allow without prior notice at booking or if stated in the on line book notes.
Scamming that should not allowed !
