Overall, my stay was great and almost everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. I also loved the large wall mirror, the great lighting around the sink area, and the shower always had nice warm water, which made getting ready super convenient and comfortable. The only issues I had were that the bed sheets had some stains and small rips, and the iron in the room didn’t work. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service after I checked out. I accidentally left my concert band in the room, and the front desk clerk went above and beyond to help coordinate locating it and holding it for me for several hours until I could return.

The room smelled awful - like strong cat pee. Room was not terribly clean.

Upon arrival and checking in my debit card wasn’t working since we were in a different state. The staff at the desk was very very helpful with this and let me pay in cash without any hassle. The room we were in was very clean. The location was very convenient with shopping all around and was right off the interstate. Would definitely return if I’m in the area again.
