The area around the hotel seemed very sketchy. Once we looked at the room, it looked like the door had been kicked in previously. We had already checked in but we left and went to a different hotel.
While we were parked in the lot, a person approached us attempting to lure us out of the car to look at damage to the car because she said she had hit us. She hadn’t.

Very unprofessional. I booked this hotel in the early afternoon. I arrived at 11 pm to be told I have to wait 30 minutes for them to clean a room. We waited. To then be told 20 more minutes. After waiting 50 minutes we were asked to wait still longer. We said we will not be waiting any longer and had to find somewhere else to stay! Terrible customer service in my opinion.

Check in was a smooth process. The room in general was clean but one of the beds has stains on the blankets and the tub was out dated and looked dirty. The ac unit was super loud and also very outdated we didnt use it overnight
