The room was absolutely disgusting. There was vomit on the side of the bed, yellow stains on the sheets, and no hot water. Completely unacceptable conditions.
When I asked for a refund, I was initially told no. After about 20 minutes of arguing, I finally got my money back—but it should never have gotten to that point.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. It’s unsanitary, poorly maintained, and not worth the risk. I’ve reported the issue to the health department.

Worst hotel stay ever. Filthy. No microwave fridge blowdryer or coffee in room as advertised. Floors were black. Tub moldy cobwebs in windows walls all waterdamaged. Windows dont open.

Seen cockroach in bathroom and for 2 guests there were no wash cloths and when I asked for clean towels the 2 nd night the front desk said they didn’t have any available

This place is a disaster. It was dirty, with locks that felt like someone from outside could just shove to get in. The ceiling in my bathroom started leaking, and dirty drips were coming down. The towels weren I changed rooms after taking a shower, I realized there was only one very small, dingy hand towel to dry with. The tiles on the floor were completely uneven and didn't match. The bed sheets were very worn. The staff barely could understan very dingy. Whed me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I honestly don't understand how Red Roof Inn has allowed them to keep their brand. Because of this, I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn.
