Room was filthy. Sheets and towels had large black stains. Front desk had no replacement linen or towels. Too nasty for us the stay there, so we checked back out and drove back home. Night auditor refused to refund, offering only to “leave a note for the manager”. Another guest could not flush his toilet, another guest had no air conditioning. Again, night auditor would only “leave a note for the manager”. The WORST experience I’ve ever encountered. BTW, I could not get the corporate office on the phone either. Their phone system put me in a queue for call back…36 hours later and I still have not heard from them. Strongly considering reporting to BBB and the Georgia Health Department. Seriously.
