We had a reservation to stay for $78/night, they refused to honor the reservation and charged $125/night. The room was awful, bathroom very dirty and stains all over the entire room. Linens appeared washed, but stains were apparent. The pictures online and actuality are a complete fabrication. Our room had no heat. Unfortunately all other hotels were sold out so we stayed. Sleeping in our car would have been safer and cleaner. Without a doubt, this is the worst property I have ever stayed. The management of this place appears not to care at all.

The manager would not accept the reservation and said his system is down. Would only accept payment through device plugged into his phone and tried charging double the rate. 2 other customers were there at the same time with the same issue. One of them showed a picture of his bed with bodily fluids across the top of the covers. What a scam!!

Beware! This place is shady!There are barricades on the stairways. This should not be listed on this site at all. This place is not safe and do not take your children here! Doors are not secure and rooms are filthy, with body fluids and other stains all over.

Room was unfinished, sheets dirty, roaches climbing on walls… I did not stay the night. I rebooked for Ramada which has been pleasant my past two stays. However I’m still waiting on my refund from red roof.
