I always stay here. Very affordable, so it is my go to when i need a nap and shower between work in Nashville. The water pressure and heat is consistent and great. I have NEVER been bitten by bed bugs here, and I have in almost every other Nashville hotel I have tried

The rooms need to be cleaned a lot better. At first glance they look ok but, my feet where filthy on the bottom so floors need mopping. All furniture including head board night tables front of fridge outside of microwave up overtop where you hang clothes was absolutely filthy. Our bedspread was dirty our blanket was dirty. There's bugs in all the light fixtures. For it to be the best of the king bed rooms it should have been better cleaned. The last one was the same.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and in the refrigerator. The refrigerator had a strong mold smell. Water was leaking down bathroom wall from upstairs bathroom. First room they placed us was so strong of cigarette smoke we asked for another room. They had to replaced the air conditioner twice before they had a working unit. Which barely okay on hot day it struggled to keep room cool. Some of the linen had dark stains or worn out patches. The sink drain was leaking, the corner chair was pealing it surface material. There was NO contental breakfast.
I'm giving the two stars because the staffing was so friendly, the hotel was pet friendly,

Rooms smell like smoke. Dresser falling apart and tape holding table. Bathroom was dirty and no soap. I would not stay here again.
