Excellent Service
The hotel is pretty average. One high point was when my wife had problems with the room hair dryer. Called the desk and Jack (the manager) gave her excellent service and brought in a brand new device. That was impressive!

They were under construction with the roof being torn apart on a Saturday morning starting at 7:30 am. All parties should have been notified thy they were under construction. So loud for a Saturday morning.

Well the property was in the middle of renovation so it’s kinda hard to properly rate it. Construction started early in the morning. I’m sure it will be great after renovations are complete.

The hotel is under renovation. It is very noisy, even on Saturdays. There is a lack of respect for guests in this bad situation. The staff are not equipped to serve guests. The rooms smell of cigarettes and dirt.

Property seemingly under renovations. Check in was easy. However, as soon as I walked out of office I got fresh red paint on my hand and sleeve when I put my hand on handrail. Card key didn't work. Sink clogged. Flies in sink. Broken bottles in elevator. Trash overflowing and on floor. Shower hot water difficult to regulate. Etc. Etc. Etc. Not a pleasant stay.

We checked in and never stayed the first night.
We were assigned room 212, the entrance door has approximately 8 to 10 kick dents on the lower half of the door. Brought the keys back the next day. The front desk staff was very pleasant at check-in but when we returned the keys the very next day and requested a full refund, we were told they didn't have our information in the computer although they just checked us in the day before. I did call hotels.com on 11/1 and requested a full refund. Haven't heard anything yet from hotels.com.
