Very small for two beds. No ice on first floor. Very shabby, needs an upgrade.

- Filthy, double charged, rude manager, constant police presence, mold, no laundry, long term residents (school bus pick up honking in the morning). First, the photos of the facility are deceptive. I would say fraudulent. I booked through Expedia. Upon check in, I was charged an additional $514. It was corrected once I showed my paid receipt. The manager (owner??) was very rude and short. When I asked about laundry, he stated that it was too much of a headache to offer washing facilities for guests. The room smelled like smoke and filth. The beds were not comfortable, loud, creeky, and springy. Bed covers were stained. There weren't body toweles in the room, just smaller sized towels. I had to ask for extra, the overnight staff questioned why I needed extra towels. (Unprofessional) The bed covers were stained. The carpet had not been cleaned in months. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The toilet resevoir cover was too big for the toilet. (Safety issue for families.) Mold in the A/C. To top it all off, there was a constant police presence. If you visit Tinton Falls, NJ, DO NOT STAY AT THE RES ROOF INN!!!

Helpful staff and good air conditioning and parking

For the price, it was awesome. The staff and the manager, Mr Mike were great. Thanks for a great experience.

Room smelled musty, sink was cracked, toilet didn’t function properly, was a blood stain in the shower, checked out a short time after checking in Would never recommend this place

The first room had a bad smell of cigaretts, so we tried a second room and that smelled of plastic, but very strong. We asked to try a third room and the man at the desk said "they will all be the same" So we resolved to a full refund and we found another room close by. The rooms were deffinatly clean, looked good, we just couldn't handle the oder..

Broken smoke alarm not fixed for two days. Flickering light in bathroom not fixed for one day.

The property is dirty,.trash all over the parking lot, everything looks unkept and unmaintained. The rooms are tiny, mattresses are 100 years old with awful metal springs. Breezeways, the elevator and the room reeked of cigarette smoke, it was impossible for a nonsmoker to stay there. If you look up roach hotel in an encyclopedia, or his place will be an illustration.

This Red Roof Inn was very good. The only thing that I would suggest would be to offer breakfast. Outside of that we very happy.
