My experience was first class. The staff was very pleasant. The room was nice and clean. I appreciated the presence of the security guard in the parking lot. I will be returning.

A young man carried my suitcase up the stairs which was very helpful. The room was clean. Toilet worked and was quiet.

The front desk lady was nice and helpful but omg this hotel is disgusting. Dirty, smells, loud and just sketchy and bad. Worst hotel I've ever entered. I checked in and got into my room and checked right out and got a refund because it was legit a health hazard I would rather lose out on my money than stay here but luckily they refunded me right away!

the staff were all excellent. our room was dirty, and the carpet smelled like animal pee. It was by the worst and most dirty room i have EVER stayed in. Really absolutley smelly and gross all over. We had roaches, a dead one poking out of the bathroom fan, just terrible state.
