There was no coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator did not cool. Bathroom hair dryer was melted. Staff was amazing and super nice, however accommodations need improvement

Extremely dirty bathroom with toilet not working properly (water was leaking all night). Mattress had a huge stain. Missing microwave. Bed sheet had a hole. Dead bugs here and there.

The type of food in the breakfast is so less. The room is not clean and we have found two bed bugs. Unfortunately we have not taken the picture. In the next day, all of us feel itchy in our arm, legs and necks. The refrigerator does not work and we eventually got a replaced one. They said they have run out of the shampoo and body wash dispenser. After we request, they give us tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. But they do not have body wash. This results in that we do not take a bath during the two night’s stay.

My floor had water coming up through the floor boards. I had to go to the front desk at 3:30 am to get towels. They assured me this has never happened but it was too much water. They tub also had a dirt ring around it. They apologized however they didn't offer a discount or anything.

Pros: bed was comfortable, front desk check in was kind and helpful
Cons: the whole place smelled worse than the city dog shelter I volunteer at. Bedding was dirty, soap dispenser in shower was broken and laying in pieces, bathroom door didn’t close, holes in curtains; generally everything was in disrepair.
Wouldn’t stay again.

Pool was closed and was obvious it had been for a long time. Room had hole in wall, holes in covers, hole in ceiling with exposed wires from where smoke detector once was. Door lock was damaged air conditioner was super loud, after 11pm a sewage smell filled the room and bathroom door would not close. Management couldnt be found. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Beds was comfy, room was clean. The tub was a bit old and nasty looking and the bathroom fan sounded like a monster was in it. All in all, it was a good stay

There are better choices in Danville. Coffee and breakfast were not good. Staff was attending to multiple tasks and hard to get their attention. Air conditioner was noisy and hotel could use an update. Chosen for price, would stay somewhere else next time
