Good for the price. quiet. bed comfy..clean.
In a Crunch, Red Roof Inn was there.
For the second time in two years, my son and I were displaced due to water damage to our apartment. Both times, we chose to stay at Red Roof Inn and both times they didn't disappoint. All we needed was a clean, quiet place to stay for ourselves and our dogs. Red Roof Inn met our expectation. The staff is nice. The rooms are clean. What more can you ask for?.

There were no soaps available in the room, I booked it to relax and clean up. The room / bathroom could use an update.

Check-in was not pleasant. Agent did not seem to comprehend my needs or my reservation. For some reason we would have to contact Expedia to make any changes in the itinerary as the 2nd floor had no elevator and I am 80 years old. He seemed in a hurry to return to him tv show. Requested housekeeping 2 times to no avail. Not even a bar o soap for hand washing. No tissues in the room. Had to get out own towels from front lobby. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES OR AMENITIES OF ANY KIND. P

The hotel and the room were very rundown. Room was clean but there was a musty smell that permeated the common areas as well the room. OK for a clean cheap place to sleep for one night.
