Everything was dirty - there was something orange stained on the pillowcase, all the walls were dirty, front door was dirty and needs replacing.
Jessica (?) the night desk person at Best Western was checking in for both properties and was very busy. She was so polite and sweet!!
We got in late and were leaving early, otherwise we would've left and found another hotel
