The room appeared not to have been deep cleaned in quite some time and was in need of a thorough cleaning. The air conditioner vent had a significant buildup of dust, which restricted airflow and prevented the unit from cooling effectively. We felt it was necessary to place a towel on the shower floor, and the shower faucet handle was broken. Overall, the room showed considerable signs of wear and tear.
While there appeared to have been some attempts to update the room with laminate flooring, the floors were sticky and did not feel clean. This is a very basic, budget-friendly accommodation, so travelers should set their expectations accordingly and understand that the quality generally reflects the price point.

Room was clean. Sheets were clean. Towels were clean. Tv worked. Ac worked. Toilet and shower worked properly. No issues. No complaints. Definitely would stay again

The room is clean, but old and well used. The hair dryer was broken. We chose this property because it was pet friendly. But the unpleasant smelliing disinfectant that was used in the room was VERY strong! Our belongings still had the odor on them after we returned home.

The bath tub was dirty when we checked in. The beds were broken down and had serious indents in them. Had to pay $10 extra a person to swim in the pool. The only good thing about the place was the front desk lady. She was super nice and interacted well with the kids. Wouldnt book there again.

A good two night stay for the price. Room was compact - efficiency - and breakfast could be purchased at $10 per person. And the breakfast had some gluten free options that is unusual to see. Check-in and check-out were across the parking lot at another property owned by the same owner of Red Roof Inn. Some unusual realities here, but we would stay here again in the future.

Great location, price was ok, thankful for free coffee. Bad thing is there was only one handicap spot on red roof side but thankfully in front of door and only had one instance at checkout where guest in ?old red roof check in or upstairs? unit parked there when we were out so they could load up their car.

The room was mostly clean, a few stray hairs in the tub. I had 2 beds, one bed had a mark on the fitted sheet when I pulled the blankets back, I didn't inspect and I didn't call the front desk since it was just me in the room I slept in the second bed. The ac was perfect; my room was FREEZING! The property does allow pets which I hadn't really paid attention to till a dog barked once at like 6 am, it was no big deal. For a property that allows dogs in the rooms it was super clean. You do have to walk across the parking lot to check in at the Best Western, not an issue. This is a 2-story property with no elevator, again for me this was not an issue. The door to access the staircase does not lock so anyone can wander in, but the property is covered with security cameras, is well lit and the area is safe. 24-hour fresh brewed coffee is available inside the Best Western. The check in/out staff was nice and quick to service. In short, I'd stay at this property again.
