A Quiet, Simple Room.
I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn, north of Binghamton, for three summers. Two years ago, I was there for three nights; last year it was six; and this year two. I enjoy the quiet surroundings and the quasi rustic view. I enjoyed the cereal and juice that I had for continental breakfast. As far as the employees were concerned, I give them a grade of 88, or B plus. The motel is close to I 81 and U.S. Route 11, so it is easily accessible for motorists. Also nearby are a cool coffee shop, Taste NY, the Cracker Barrel and SUNY Broome, where I did some computer work.
Reported loose toilet seat, never repaired.
Was surprised none of the used towels and wash cloths were picked up and replaced with clean ones. Had to ask for more clean towels and wash cloths.

Everything was great with the exception of the noise; whether this was due to poor sound proofing or the location of my room being close to the lobby I don't know.

The location is a quick drive to campus. The staff is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable.
