Good job!!

Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 3:30 PM for our scheduled 4:00 PM check-in and were not given a room until 6:45 PM. After waiting nearly three hours past check-in time, we expected the room to at least be in good condition, but that was not the case. The Wi-Fi did not work, and when we contacted management for assistance, we were told someone would come help us. No one ever showed up. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was leaking and left water all over the floor. The lack of communication, poor maintenance, and failure to address issues in a timely manner made for a very frustrating stay. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel based on our visit.

Clean room, A/C crisp, my room had a microwave and fridge (fridge could be colder tbh) and good parking depending on what time you arrive.

the beds were hard springy and had indents. there was a roach in our room as soon as we closed the door

Better pest control

Bathroom was dirty and dilapidated. Needs a complete renovation.

Parking was ok not great. AC was great!!

There were several bugs within our room. One was under the covers. The “clean” towels had shaved hair on them. One of the towels had a shoe print on it. The floors looked like they were mopped with muddy water. Would not stay here again.
