Loved it. Very clean room!

Bed covers were not clean, noisy due to remodeling work next door. Our room wasn’t ready at three pm check in so they put us upstairs. No elevator. Breakfast left much to be desired even though it was free.

We came to New Braunfels for the birth of our first grandbaby. Originally we stayed at another hotel and were very disappointed with the value. We changed to the Super 8 and were able to stay more nights for almost the price of one night at the original hotel. At the Super 8 they accommodated our early check in for a minimal fee and were incredibly kind. The room are extremely comfortable and incredibly clean. If we return to the area and need a place to stay we will definitely come back to the Super 8.

This place was spacious and clean.

We booked a non-smoking room for one of the Wurstfest weekends. They insisted Expedia booked a smoking room, but Expedia assured they have the non-smoking room confirmation. Turns out they tried hard to also get their smoking rooms rented out as another customer reported some phone call asking them if they’d be OK with a smoking room. After some fuss, lecturing us about better to book directly with the property and asking us to pay extra for our original booking, they “found” a room with two double beds rather than the king size we booked. So beware, not a trustworthy place! The room itself was largely clean and the beds reasonably firm, but the small fridge on the floor had some bad dirt underneath when we accidentally moved it. Not cleaned in ages, looked like cockroach-droppings among the dust.

AC worked well. Room was not as nice as the pictures but was adequate.

Overall excellent

We used handicapped parking and it was right outside our door. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, our stay was just a short overnight last minute stay. It was very quiet no road noise being so close to I-35.
