My experience was at night time. There are many expenses to management I’m sure. The old, old towels were Very Unwelcoming. The Handicap Bathroom while good with safety bars, however, there was black mold to the Shower Tiles. Bleach and Grout Brush is needed as well as Room Freshener and likely needed air filter change in the AC - Heat Unit. Really needs refreshing top to bottom. 🕊️

I did not like that the hotel requires a 150 dollar cash only refundable deposit. Guests should be informed of the policy prior to arrival, i cant imagine many people carry that much cash anymore and of course the ATM in the lobby charges a 3 or 4 dollar fee. The ATM machine only gave 20s, so I ended up giving the employee 160 dollars for the refundable depositt, because she didnt have change, eventhough they are charging everyone cash. all very weird and suspect.

I had my first bad experience here. They claim that they had to give a refund to a customer who stayed in the room after me because my dog sheds hair. Ok. They claim that they needed 2 hours to clean up dog hair on the carpet area around the bed. I’m gonna say that is on the staff. Then this stay they kept $25 of my deposit for dog hair. But my handicap room had fecal matter all across the outer edge of the toilet seat and top outer edge of the bowl portion. The bedding was stained and smelled I had taken all the bedding to the laundromat myself. There were roaches dead and alive in the room. I never came and complained about it. If you need 2 hours after 2 guests to clean up dog hair from the first guest “me” then I feel that it’s on the staff that is responsible for cleaning the room. If the right person were to walk into this location. I bid them good luck. They are renovating but there’s health and safety hazards all over this location. My prior stay I gave a good review, but that was only because of only 1 staff member there. He was very professional and very courteous and accommodating to us. I have stayed at this location for 5-7 day clips multiple times the past few months. I don’t like to bother the staff until I lose my key or lock myself out of my room. If I have a issue I just deal with it or do it myself.
