The room was clean and no bugs of any kind. We need a place on a budget and this worked perfectly. the complex and the surrounding area is a little run down but what do you want for a budget. something has to give and at least there was no bugs

Check-in went smooth, lobby is nice looking. Wasn’t ever able to connect to WiFi (2 different devices), the tv also didn’t work - turned on if you pressed real hard on the remote but all I could get was the DirectTV message there was a problem connecting to a satellite. The tub/shower cold water knob took an excessive amount of force to turn.
I did like that you can take a trail to downtown. I recommend taking the trail back too, we did not take the trail back and there were few sidewalks and the area you have to walk through to get back wasn’t a great area.
