Property was fine but the people in rooms were all next door one had a howling dog. One had tv on till past 3am. Another was coughing.

We were put in a room with an adjoining room door and we could hear the neighbors noisy children and their loud mother like they were in our room. They went to bed late and were up early, so they really interfered with our sleep. We will never allow ourselves to be placed in a similar situation again.

I had an issue with the heat working and the phone didn’t work but they had no issue putting me in another room. The do their jobs respectfully!
