It is a very clean and neat hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Quiet facility in a good location.

Good service no hassle whatsoever

My family of 3- myself, bf and our daughter stayed here for 2 nights. We were originally given 2 towels for all of us to shower with. I asked for more and they told me housekeeping was gone for the day. I had to exchange the dirty ones in order to get clean ones- they couldn’t just ‘give’ me any extra. Well after the first shower, the body wash was used/all gone. I again went to the front desk and asked for more body wash. They said they didn’t have any and that the room service had to refill it later, the next day. We were going out for the day, so I told them yes- please have room service come in and exchange the now dirty 2 more towels, and fill the body wash. When we returned from our day trip, the room had not been cleaned nor the body wash filled. I asked the front desk attendant, and she said she was still out of wash, and she didn’t know what we should do. I asked to swap from a vacant room and still she said she didn’t know if she could- and then she suggested we wait until 10am on our check out day to speak to the manager. This is very inconvenient and uneducated of the staff. We felt ignored and very upset that we were unable to shower appropriately. I would not recommend this motel, the service is horrible and they do not care or wish to even attempt to care about their guests needs.

This is the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. It barely fit my belongings; I can’t imagine 2 people, especially two women. The room was clean. Liked the included breakfast and free parking but the area is odd. Just car lots so definitely the reason it’s cheap. No gym And wifi was good enough to watch YouTube. I would choose elsewhere because I didn’t really enjoy my time in the room as I usually do. Area is very quiet at night and quite central and easy to get on the highway both directions. Almost directly beside a busy 711 for snacks

Rooms are very small compared to images. There is not enough space to walk inside the rooms without hitting anything. Lot of trouble getting new towels from the staff. They claim that they haven't done laundry yet for 2 days. Parking is narrow and difficult to find. Lot of noise in the morning due to traffic.

The floor was dirty and all night there was loud noises coming from a hotel.

Bring earplugs…. You can hear everything inside and out of these buildings. Every step from the people above you and the doors have small cracks under so you can hear everything outside. I tried to cancel the rest of the nights due to the noise and lack of sleep. However the other nights were much better with earplugs/tv kept on. Front staff was attentive in trying to help us solve the issue. Other than the noise, beds were fine, everything seemed clean. Water pressure is awful but to be expected. Gina, front desk staff, was nice, helpful and apologetic in this circumstance.

The room smells like urine. Staffs are really friendly.
