Very kind and helpful person to check us in. The check-in was quick, and the room clean and comfortable. We did not eat breakfast before we left for the airport. The shuttle was great and got us to our terminal in very good time.

I did not have a good stay at this hotel. I checked in at 2am due to a delayed plane. I had to ring the bell twice and knock on the door to get in. I had three room changes due to broken TV's, plugs not working, before I finally checked out early. I found a dead cockroach on the floor. That was the last straw. The breakfast leaves a lot to desire. No orange juice only Sunny Delight.

The shuttle bus and breakfast services are very poor. If these services operate within specific time frames, the hotel should clearly indicate the timings on Expedia to ensure guests are informed and can determine if they will be able to use these services when making a booking.
