This hotel had gorgeous landscaping and was pleasantly quiet. The king size suite with jetted tub was huge. I was unfortunately not able to use the tub because there were ants crawling around it, but the rest of the suite was clean, roomy, and comfortable, with a separate living area, two king beds, a fireplace, and a private outdoor area. I would probably stay here again.

The room was nicely up-to-date, but there was only one table lamp between the beds, not enough light for reading. The bathroom was great, up-to-date, with nightlight provided by the hair dryer on the wall. But my soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the towels were skimpy. The light in the entrance was out.
My biggest concern was the lack of security. Anyone could be in the halls and the door to the parking lot was never locked.

The room was perfect for our staycation. We got the 2 king suite with jetted two person tub. The rroom was huge with a hige deck perfect for our fur baby. Lots of windows and air flow. Clean room and friendly staff. We will definitely be using this as our go to spot for a getaway close to home. We were close to everything we needed and only 10 min to carmel and cannery row.

Tried checking in at 3pm but our room wasn't ready. Waited 45mins until we can finally enter our room. Room was ok but badly needed an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen area was horrible. One of the chair was broken, microwave door kept getting stuck, stove burners couldn't maintain heat, a used sponge and dining table was old and peeling. Ants and spiders all over the room. Hair on the shower walls. I realize this property is a budget hotel so my expectations were low. Location was close to everything so that's a plus. Wouldn't stay here again.
