Room was ok nothing special. Was advertised to have a pool, was not available/closed. Saw several bugs in our room. Microwave was inoperable, would not heat.

Everything was nasty had to get new sheets just to sleep the room had a smell the Ac was super filthy. I would not go back or recommend it needs to be deep cleaned

I think it's a VERY convenient place to stay at being right off the highway, the staff is amazing and friendly and I have nothing but good things to say about them, but I would just recommend realizing you need to channel your inner Dean and Sam Winchester and not expect 5 star motel maintenance.
I will admit though - having the swing bar lock on the door being half ripped off of the door and barely usable was kind of off putting.

I understand that you often get what you pay for, but this establishment was nothing like the pictures shown in the reviews. The furniture was old, worn out, and appeared unclean. The entrance was so run-down that I honestly thought I had arrived at the wrong location because it looked abandoned and closed. The beds were made but I dusted down with pinesol
The signs were faded and in need of paint, the grass was overgrown, and the overall appearance was poorly maintained. Even my 9-year-old looked at the building and said, “This can’t be open.” Unfortunately, the property did not match the expectations set by the online photos and reviews. All red roof inns aren’t this bad but this was horrible in my eyes

The lady at the front desk was helpful and so friendly. I really enjoyed chatting with her. She gave me some good options on where to eat and I got a 10% discount at the place I chose when I told them Red Roof sent me.
The room was very clean. I appreciated that the soap for the bath was big enough to last more than one shower.
The breakfast was pretty good. There was the waffle maker which is always nice. There was yogurt, danishes, and muffins. Everything was tasty. The coffee was fresh brewed and tasted really good.

Terrible experience, rusty, old, smoke cigarettes smells, front office guys burping and smacking their own heads (Not the girl, by the way) like having a mental illness. Breakfast without milk or Water?!?!?
