Great experience at front desk and room was fine! Great parking as well!

Worst experience with my family.

Booked this room online with Expedia . We walked into the room and the there was dead roaches on the floor. Pulled sheets back and there was urine and what looked like blood stains all over the mattress and pad and sheets for that matter. Globs of hair in the drain of the shower and smelled like someone died inside the room. Definitely don’t waste your money

The only thing that was acceptable about this property is that the front desk person didn't suck. My first room literally had a hole in the wall and used rubber wrappers on floor, went back to front desk got another room that was only slightly better than the 1st room, (meaning there wasn't a hole in the wall) although there was only 2 very small towels , no wash rags no hand towels , there were what appeared to be lotion or some type of substance still on the head board if one of the beds, neither of which were made up like regular, floors had sand on them and clearly were not swept and definitely not mopped, bathroom mirrors were nasty and tub just plain scared me a bit I stepped on one of the 2 small towels when taking a shower, with no wash rag, and put hand sanitizing g spray on feet before putting my shoes back on honestly if I had it to do over most likely I wpuld have just parked my truck at camp ground and used the showers there, it wpuld have been cleaner. Also the lobby was hot as he'll it was 97° and probably 80 in lobby, bathrooms in lobby was not clean either floors looked horrible and while the front desk person was polite shecwas wearing lile comfy house clothes with a night cap on her head, and the other one that I only saw briefly looked at me expressionless and then walked off , I was not greeted by either upon entering, actually thec1st time I walked in neither were at desk but when I went to bathroom and came back both were there a half star overall

This place is a dump. The room they gave my family was a dump, the front desk area is a dump, the grounds of the property is a dump. Walls were dirty, sink had a major leak that splashed all over me when I washed my hands, toilet did not flush. Did not end up staying there. They charged me twice. Only reimbursed for 1. They do not answer the phone. Called day after day. Finally got a hold of someone after 4 days. They told me they would leave a message for management. Nothing done. Now not answering phone again. This place is disgusting.

Extremely dirty, old and unsafe.

I was only there two nights and I had to change rooms four times. The first room was dirty. The toilet had not been cleaned in months, the linen was dirty. The second room the Tv didn’t work. The third room didn’t have air or towels. It was very uncomfortable and we could not sleep because it was so hot. The next morning I went to the desk and was finally given a descent room.

The staff was very welcoming & friendly. Our room was updated some and had clean bedding, counters, toilet & sink. We were exhausted so after that initial quick look, it was off to sleep. Woke up next morning to see several small roaches scurrying on the floor which we then noticed was dirty with debris in the corners. Also the walls, door & windows had dirty marks & prints. Since we were in a hurry & had stayed, we just left. The rate was good but not good enough for the bugs & dirty room.
