The room was dirty, sheets were stained hair all in the shower and dirty toilet that had pee all on it. Would not recommend staying here i know inwont and will tell all my friends not to as well.

The stay was okay, nothing special. Had never stayed in a red roof chain before but will definitely not be staying at one again. We just dropped our stuff then went to Busch gardens. We didn’t notice how dusty and dirty the bathroom was until we got in. Kids were too tired to move to another hotel. Beds were clean and that mattered more than the restroom.

Room was not clean. Had to clean the tub/shower before i could even use it. There was hair laying in the tub. Bed linen was filthy. Desk person did get us clean linen. Had it not been so late, we probably would have demanded a refund and found a different hotel. We've stayed at Redroof Inns before with no issues but never this one again

The place was older but for the price what I expected. It was nice although the heating until was loud when running otherwise it was comfortable for what we needed on a short notice.

The room was clean, bed comfortable and heating system was fine. Area was safe and quiet. Breakfast was good. Cleaning crew left a small box of trash for my arrival. Location was excellent.

The front desk is so nice but our first room has black mold in the whole ceiling of the bathroom and the 2nd room when we exchange a room the smell is a very strong bleach it hurts my lungs and my throat and its hard for me to breath and also I'm 8months pregnant it makes me scared about the effects but we have no choice because the front desk is close and also my husband didnt have sleep for 35hours so I just deal with it but I woke up feeling sick and I slept like 1am from hard breathing.

Staff in office were very polite and helpful but room was dirty, no soap in dispensers, used bar of soap in shower, hairs everywhere in shower, dogs barking through out the night in someone’s room.
