Absolutely wonderful. Peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping and Cumberland state park.

The property is generally an eyesore, deferred maintenance, horrible permanently closed pool, disgraceful excuse for breakfast. The coffee was good and the room was clean.

Price might be cheap But Could Not Lock the door so anyone could of just walked in at night. Floors fake wood was done by unprofessional ppl, they are just put there without any glue or anything. Bathroom is So Tiny and there was NO Water Pressure what So Ever. Place is run down a little.
