Room was clean Bathroom was rough Large hole in bathroom wall from door knob striking it Shower rod was drooping not sealing the shower Had to hold shower curtain closed and tried to shower.

I appreciate the speediness of the process to check in and out of my room. It was a decent price rate for what I got for my stay. I was slightly aggravated with a motorcyclist whenever they started their bike. It was loud enough to disturb my sleep briefly. Luckily it was early in the night that it didn't take long for me to get back to sleep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Room was mostly clean, had some small urine stains on the toilet, could use little bit more scrubbing. But mostly clean and tidy. During the night saw quite a bit of roaches in the lavatory areas, so property could invest in an exterminator. Also had some animal scratches on the floor and furniture. Some pros are that the staff was friendly area was surprisingly quiet. So some small issues to deal with but for the price compared to the demanding $150-180 a night in fancier hotels, I can deal with it. I’ll be back!

There was no stay at this property. We showed up after an 8 hr. drive. I went to check in and I was told by the desk clerk that they had cancelled our reservation. There were no rooms available at this property, nor any other hotel in Rock Hill, SC . Apparently, a BMX tournament was being held in the area and all rooms were sold out. We checked many other hotels in Rock Hill. No vacancies. So, we continued to drive and eventually found lodging about 25 miles down the road. We also had to pay $80.00 more for a room, than our reserved room at the Red Roof Inn in Rock Hill SC.
We are totally dissatisfied with Expedia and Red Roof Inn.
Expedia should hold their partners responsible to perform on the reservations made through Expedia. Red Roof Inn, I'm sure saw an opportunity to get a higher price for my room because of the event.
I'd want to be made whole for the extra $80.00 I had to spend because of my reservation being cancelled. There is no price that could be paid for the aggravation and stress this situation caused us
