No soap in the shower. Ceiling paint was flaking, toilet seat was in poor condition, floor was damp from humidity, front door was missing weather stripping. No breakfast was a deal breaker!! All metal in the room had rust. Pluses would be a good tv and refrigerator. Refrigerator did have 2 bottles of pop in it. One had been open. This place is being used for long term rentals. They did not know we were coming until they refreshed their computer. One of the outlets did not have a plate.

The staff were great! Cleaning was well done, fresh towels every day. The bed/mattress was ok. The property and rooms were a little outdated but overall a good stay.

A/C worked great, but was off when checked in so was very hot. Room had funny musty smell, bought some febreeze and tv remote didn’t function properly. But, was fairly clean and cheap

This was the shabbiest hotel I've ever stayed at. It was just a late night stop on a very long road trip and we were exhausted - so our needs and expectations were not great. But this room had a front door that stuck and we had to bang it with a strong shoulder to open it each time. The bathroom door had bad hinges and would not close. Lamp shade was cracked and unattached to bulb. Filthy stained woodwork. Cracked sink. No cups. No tissues. But it did have flies and at least 1 flea. In the bed.
The hotel rooms were all only accessible via outside doors - which is usually a showstopper for me. But that fact was not shown in the photos.
In short, I am shocked that Hotels.com offers this terrible inn.

Sent my wife there for a ball tournament, she arrived, they tried to give her a smoking room.. The gave her a non smoker room, when she arrive the room was dirty, still coffee in the pot, bathroom and toilet was nasty and only one towel was in there... The bed was made tho

Terrible. My room faces an abandoned property with tons of trash. Water was lukewarm. Patchy repairs on walls , tv didn’t work half the time. No breakfast. Just awful

When I pulled up to the room, all I could smell was the green swimming pool it was disgusting walked into the room. Everything was filthy. Had mold on the walls. Paint was falling off the ceiling place was filthy! I paid over $600 for two nights and was expecting something a whole lot nicer for sure. I will never stay at another one of their motels and probably never go through your company again.
