Horrible
I called to say we were stuck in multiple wrecks and storms and world arrive around one two am. When we arrived I never saw a person but was told by using the phone outside that I was a no show and I had no room but immediately received a receipt! I have a 6 yr old an 8 year old a disabled daughter as well as my grandson with me to find somewhere for them to sleep! This is unacceptable.

Staff was awesome but the rooms are damn near unliveable theres no insulation they only have one housekeeper the bathrooms wer dirty the refrigerators and microwave and no soap no shower curtain he list goes on its the 1st extended stay i stayeed at and wasn’t satisfied

The room was so dirty I couldn't even take off my shoes. The TV didn't work with any remote the office supplied. I had NO shower curtain so I couldn't shower in the morning. Even if I had a shower curtain, I don't know if I would have stepped into the tub with the finish peeling off it looked terrible. The dresser was totally falling apart! the drawers couldn't be used. There was not even one hanger in the closet area. I had people pounding on my door in the middle of the night and some crazy people standing outside yelling at each other for hours. The pictures shown on line are completely misleading. My advice is stay away from this place.

Very dated … holes in bathroom door .. no shower curtain.. bedding not matching.. could see outside under door .. nightstand drawer falling off … smelled of weed … just overall very very dated …
