The staff was rude when I was checking in. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be at work. The room was meh but you get what you pay for.

The chair in the room was in terrible condition. The floors were stained and dirty. I reserved a room with two queen beds but my room had two full beds. When I requested from the staff to have a room with two queen beds they were defensive and insisted that the beds were queen. You can see from the photo and measurements that they were not queen beds. Poor quality hotel and even poorer service.

They need to remove "Breakfast Included", as they only provide small muffins, juice & coffee in the lobby..they send you a text to find out if or when you are checking out..unnecessary..will stay again although it is a distance in traffic to travel to Pigeon Forge. We have stayed several times but husband complains about drive to PF..

Was disappointed that I was not allowed to book an extended stay while working in the area.
Otherwise I was pleased with the accommodations.
