Nice hotel on the beach! We received an upgrade at no additional cost. Everyone we encountered, staff as well as other vacationers, were very nice.

We did not have a good experience here. Lack of communication at the first desk -security is at the front desk at night and did not explain check in process. The room was musty and the AC was loud. The humidity in the room made the room feel uncomfortable. When trying to address issues with the hotel , management was either not available or they ignored our emails. The front desk would say managers were not available. We left early and asked for a refund for just one night which was not accommodated . Overall -I would not recommend this hotel. It seems like they don’t care about their customers experience.

Upon arrival, I'll admit, I was a bit nervous because I didn't know prior that it was a timeshare property, (read negative things about timeshares) which probably caused my negativity to view everything (it was dark and we were tired) as dark and dingy; however, as soon as we walked through the gates, and made our way to the ocean front room we were staying in, the nervousness changed to calm relief. The property is older, but very well maintained. So calm and relaxing, clean and comfortable and staff was helpful when needed, but otherwise left us alone. EXTREMELY PLEASED!
Only negative was the covered "rec" area could use an upgrade.

Spent 4 great days in a very clean and happy place. Public Barbeques were exceptionally clean. The grounds impeccably clean. The large spacious 1 bedroom unit was very clean. Mattress was the only small problem(sunk in the middle and very!!squeaky, but the rest made up for that small inconvenience. Staff was great also!!
