I had a great stay and great experience. Staff was great and helpful.

It’s ok I’ve had better and worse. Some things need fixed in the room like phone and bathroom fan.

Hallways smelled badly. Room carpet was gross, kitchen floor sticky.

Awful, terrible, stink place. It smelled like unbathed people, the halls were disgusting, filthy, the smell was the worst. Caked in filth in carpet, garbage stacked outside of rooms.Garbage piled outside of building. Lobby appeared unkept for initial impression. Windows, dirty! And the floor in the room, filthy, I showered got ready for the day, my feet, were stained with dirt by the time put socks and shoes on. I did not feel comfortable, wondering what kind of people occupied the place, I didn't want to use all amenities, not set my personal items out. I hope this place isn't advertised for travelers. I've stayed in really nice Extended Stays in my time, and this was first and worst ever. I'm patiently waiting to get to my destination and wash my feet.

We liked the gated entry which provided added security. The floor could have been cleaner. Everything worked well. The staff was wonderful especially Geneva and Katelyn

Staff was great. Property was very old! Needs major upgrade furniture had holes in them. Breakfast was poor. Bed was good.

While I appreciate that the staff accommodated our request for different rooms, and I would like to thank them for their efforts, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. We had to be placed in four different rooms during our stay. The first room was absolutely very unclean. The second room had a sign on the door that triggered my anxiety. The third room had a weird, distinctive smell to it, which either smelled like cleaning product or pesticide. Our fourth room was exceptional in comparison, however, it was still dirty and did not meet the level of cleanliness we expected. We left feeling uncertain about the condition of the rooms, which unfortunately took away from what was otherwise a very special birthday trip. I hope this feedback is helpful. I encourage the hotel to pay closer attention to room cleanliness, maintenance, and odor concerns before guests check in. With improvements in these areas, I believe the guest experience could be significantly better.
