The hotel overall was great. The rooms are very nice, bedding was excellent. Towels were excellent. They provided tissues, toothbrush and paste, soap. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I had requested the bedding be changed over 3 days and it was never completed by housekeeping. Otherwise the hotel was wonderful.

Hotel was clean but the staff were hard to find when you needed them at the front desk. Also they only service rooms if you ask them. We needed to ask for them to change out the dirty towels and empty the trash when we asked them to but they never did. We asked for more towels and toilet paper ourself. Not good service.

Got what I paid for. Friendly staff and bartenders. Average room with pealing paint and shower head leaking.

Hotel was decent enough, age may have contributed to this but the “smoke free” room we were in still smelled like cigarette smoke. There was an open gatorade bottle filled with a suspicious brown liquid left on the windowsill when we checked in. Also reached out in advance for a crib, which the staff member confirmed over the phone, and upon checking in the desk attendant had no idea what I was talking about and told me they didn’t have any, causing a panic due to arriving at 11pm after traveling with a 9-month for over 12 hours. Though after raising an issue about this, he went and retrieved one within 5 minutes, which made zero sense. It just seemed that the hotel has 3 employees that were running around doing every job

Not a bad place to stay. Staff was very nice. The place is in need of a refresh.

We stayed at the property just 2 days before and I gave it a glowing review. Not sure what happened from 2 days after we left. But needed a last min place to stay. Room not so clean, lint on the bed only 2 towels, thin walls. It was a Sunday night must of had a party going on loud music going on until 10:30 pm. Trash in the stair well, just not the same vibe from our Thursday night visit.

The pool was under maintenance. The restaurant and bar was great. Wish they had towel holders in the bathroom.

They said, microwave in room, but there was 1 microwave in lobby! Pool was not in service! No continental breakfast! Very low flow shower! Disappointing1
