Bathroom ceiling had mold from improper ventilation

Gym was not usable, as it was being used for storage. Nobody offered any concessions or solutions. I asked several times to have front desk escalate to management, no response.
The breakfast was instant oatmeal and shrink-wrapped muffins.
I will be avoiding this place unless I can't find anything cheaper.

I reserved what the website said was a room with two full beds, and the picture showed a room with two beds. When we arrived, I was told the hotel did not have any rooms with two beds, but they did have a sofa fold out bed; that is not what was represented. The floor was not clean, there was no remote for the TV, and the AC unit had a mid of its own. I would not stay there again.

The was not breakfast like was advertised... not even coffee they said they were out of supplies... we waited almost an hour to check in... I want a refund this is a terrible hotel and you should remove from your website

It said breakfast included. When we arrived at the front desk, there was a sign on the wall that said breakfast is just a grab and go (snack bar/coffee/hot water.) so the following morning, when we went for “breakfast” at 6:10am, the front desk person said they were out of snack bars. Don’t expect food. They have nothing.
The rooms stink of weed,
The drinking water station is filthy
The stove is broken and old.
They don’t keep the pots, plates, spoons, glasses in the room. You have to carry them from the front desk to your room in a bucket.
You are better off spending $10 or $20 more and book a much much better place.

They should at least put a note on website that they are doing construction/renovation , this way they give the customers a chance to choose going there or not. Even inside the room it looks, feels, smells and IT WAS SO uncomfortable… I was with my husband and my children and the experience was so unpleasant…. Dust was coming inside the air conditioning. We didn’t leave right away because I knew I would never get my money back which I wasted!!!
