Enjoyed our stay

This was an absolutely exceptional hotel. The view walking out of our room of Bell rock was absolutely amazing. The staff was very attentive allowed for us to have an early check-in when we got there earlier than anticipated. The soaking tub in the room was amazing. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona.

The only issue was the tub was a single person tub, which was a selling point for a quiet, romantic night there. Not the end of the world, but was annoying to not be able to use it.

Clean room, comfy bed!!

I picked this hotel because it was on our way back from the grand canyon and we wanted to stay a night to get some rest, relax, and enjoy the view. Mind you I booked a room with a view and the big bath tub. When we arrived we were told we were placed on the first floor behind the stairs with no view which the front desk employee asked if I wanted to be moved but would no longer have the tub but honestly at the moment i was tired and didn't even care so i took the room with no view. Later to figure out that the tub and the room was disgusting. I have never in my life written a review before this one. The tub was atrocious honestly. Everything was dirty even the floor like for the money I should not be grossed out to use the tub. Also the sound barriers in this place was horrible. Every time the upstairs neighbors breathed we heard it. I was scared to got to seep that night.
