The deposit never returned to my account. I booked my reservation online, and during check in i paid 107 dollars for the deposit. After a proper checkout and being told 3-10 days itll return, it didnt. I called to ensure there werent any problems with the room and that the funds were released 2 weeks after not seeing the funds. They ensured the room was fine and the funds were released. To this day i dont have the funds and they blamed my bank. My bank hasnt seen or recovered the funds.

The property was dirty, the evening staff was not friendly, the kitchen in the room was out dated , and there was no towels in the room. The carpet in the lobby, hallway, and the room was nasty. I would not recommend this hotel in this area.

Fridge so loud it woke us up a few times. Window screens either ripped or missing. Security door NOT secured. Floor in room was filthy. And have fun trying to get clean towels or toilet paper!

The place was dirty. Trash all out in the hallways. They don't vacuum the hallways. One of our room keys didn't work. Someone came and tried selling us boot leg AirPods in the parking lot. I payed almost $200 for this room for one night and it was honestly scary. The area was horrible and sketchy. The entire place smelled.

Customers service awful; no acknowledgment left standing in the doorway between a locked door. Associate never look in my direction to acknowledge to assist. Building needs a lot of work - chip paint, molding, tub/shower old chip, rusted, build up mold musty earthy odor, water damage. Appliances not working microwave, lamps - telephone in not working; outlets; only one lamp working in the bedroom area. Beds are carts with a flat mattress that is pushed against the wall. Photos on website is not what you see in the room. Hallway musty order dark, low lighting. No maintenance or manager on duty on weekends to address issues, concerns or problems. Breakfast is a standard table with breakfast bar, dry cereal, coffee. This hotel need to be torn down! Do not waste your money and expose yourself, family, friends to a dump; a hole in the wall!

Avoid this hotel at all cost. I booked two nights but could only bear one. The carpet hasn't been cleaned in years. There is no way there are no bed bugs in those beds. Everything looks dirty, old, broken. Spend a little, stay away! The first room we were given was not even ready but was under maintenance. Photos attached.

Rooms were not the cleanest. We killed a roach or two. The furniture needs to be upgraded.

Arrived at 5:30pm (3pm check-in) to no room available. They said they would call when it is. Went back around 7pm and had to chat with a manager to get a room. They were nice but almost a 4 hour past check in time wasn’t how we wanted to start the trip. Room wasn’t what we expected. The hallways smelled like garbage and smoke.

Room was clean except for laminate flooring was sticky. Bed was really hard!. I checked out the eve before my actual checkout and was told that my 100. 00 deposit wont be returmed until room is checked the next day! Stoll wsting on my refund 3 days later.
