VERY LOW END HOTEL.
When I checked in I was told the hotel was renovated to rate as a four star. It was not it was horrible like a welfare hotel. The halls smelled! The room had old floors no carpet. The kitchen and bath were old. No shampoo/conditioner/lotion in bath. My bed was never made up in the AM. Complementary muffins were from $1 store.The garage was dark! I will never stay there again!

We waited 30 minutes at the front desk! No one was present. Calling by phone, calling loudly across the counter. We didn’t stay. Left the find another hotel. Found the place a bit sketchy. 1 inter poor soul was waiting as well to check in. 4 existing tenants waiting for the front desk to be occupied as well.

Horrible not a garbage pail in the room not one cup in the room nothing dirty by nightstand just awful. I was pissed off. I would never return back to that hotel again. It was never like that.

I arrived early and was met with the sweetest front desk staff, who ensured the room was inspected and properly cleaned since I was there early and they were just finishing up cleaning from checkout. Both, the manager and customer service professional were so kind, courteous, and helpful. I will not hesitate to recommend this location for any of my colleagues.

The picture of the hotel on the website did not match in person. It ac also was not as good as I thought it would be. The towels were never picked up and we had to ask and retrieve our own. The breakfast was not anything but cereal bars and oatmeal. We ended up with a screw in our tire from the parking lot our first night there.
The hotel staff in the other hand was super friendly. And good at their job nothing wrong with them.
I would not rebook again
