Affordable. Easy, friendly, thorough check in. Linens clean and fresh. Duvets are white. Clean enough if you don't look too closely. Windows open slightly. Dog friendly. Kitchenettes. In house laundry and vending machines. Good for night or two with planned activities for daytime. - Permanent residents live on the upper floors...they utilize the front desk and elevators. ( we were there for resident " moving" day to other floors while their units were being refreshed.) Parking is a bit shady in the rear as the garage is surrounded by blasted rock.. making it dark with lighting but not enough. Enter through the rear..residents in pjs smoking there constantly although they do not bother you. All toiletries must be requested at the desk! Also items for kitchenette...extra towels. Better than the Motel 6 or Days Inn down the road.

Staff at check in were very professional, friendly and informative and helpful. They were the best!

The bathroom had a small sink and poor lighting. The refrigerator and bathroom fans made a lot of noise all night long. The gym was very small with only 2 pieces of equipment and 5 individual free weights. The coffee was weak. I checked out after 1 night stay and the front desk clerk didn’t even care why i was checking out early. In fact i was charged a penalty for leaving. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! For the same price the Hampton Inn next door was a much nicer hotel with better amenities.

Seen a cockroach when we turned the light on in the morning... Gross Hallways and elevator had weird odor Walk to parking garage not well lit

I was shocked about the overall property condition Someone was cooking and smoked my floor up i thought it was a forest?

The bathtub is very dirty. It hasn't been cleaned in a long time.
