I only stayed one night but it was enough to not want to stay longer. The bathroom had a lot of rust and mold as well as the kitchen. I do not recommend staying here unless you have no other option.

Close to the city and MetLife stadium - room was decent size and very clean and the staff was lovely to deal with! Very happy and will definitely stay here again!

This hotel would not provide a cot. We were told that we did not stay long enough for the room to be cleaned up and to have fresh towels daily. In order to receive new towels I had to take the dirty ones to the desk, I explained that I have a disability that makes walking a challenge, they did not provide assistance. There appeared to be boogers? on the wall near the bed. There was mold in the sink and shower. There was food on the microwave and in the freezer. The hot plate was dirty as well. The toilet got clogged, ,my nephew went to the front desk and was told that he needed to go to the janitors closet to get the plunger and handle it his self. I have reached out to the hotel to address the concerns but they have not replied.

Our floor was filthy with stains. There was a a smell the old condition of the hotel otherwise the staff was amazing

I love it .. they respect my privacy and never open the door when I was sleeping..I’ll be back for sure and they have kitchen.. fridge big and microwave and acc thanks for everything and the borrow me dishes for my kids and for me to cook any kind of utensils in the kitchen so amazing trip thanks 🙏

The building literally had a fire, and the alarm was so loud that my ears still hurt the next day and they had everybody standing outside in the New cold So I just left early and slept in the car

Staff was very unwelcoming! Check in is only allowed until 12am. Our flight was delayed and was told our reservation will be canceled if we can’t make it by 12. Toilet did not flush properly.

The vending machine dropped the water we paid for and it didn’t come out, we asked the lady to open or get us water instead she said the machine is out of water though it was full then she said she can't open it. Asked if we can buy water from them, she said they have no water. Next day morning told front what happened, they said sorry and they got a carton of water from the back and gave us 2 bottles. Also the fire alarm went off once at night and one in the morning for no reason and stayed for a long time. The hotel corridors and elevator weren't clean.
