Called front desk to notify them that I would be delayed by a day to check in, but the person who answered the phone said she was away from the desk and couldn’t check on my reservation.
When I arrived the next day the front desk person said my reservation was cancelled and that I was charged for the day that I did not stay there.
The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The facility looked warn down and not updated.

No cooking supplies, the hotel smells like mildew/dirty. Carpet smells dirty. Throughout the hotel it smells like Marijuana. They offer no compensation.

Breakfast was promised and charged for, but not provided. Not even a water bottle given. The reception staff were extremely unfriendly. Overall, a very disappointing experience—would not recommend.

The room was what we expected except for the uncomfortable mattress. We also saw some drug use on the property so that was not so good. But it was a central place to where our family lives in Houston and the price was excellent.
