My boyfriend and I arrived here at 10:05 and the lobby desk closed at 10. We called and they said the night agent would be there in five 10 minutes. It was well over 10 minutes before he arrived and checked us in. The place smelled faintly of weed. When we arrived at our rooms, it was obvious that they needed updating. The cabinets were worn, there was dirt caked into the carpet, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been adequately cleaned (dirt on floors, spots on sink and tub). The bed was comfortable, but the whole place overall felt dirty and smelled musty. During the night, there was a strange knocking sound coming from the fridge/kitchen area. It almost sounded like an animal in the wall or a pipe it was loud enough that it woke me up and kept me up. Will not be going back and would recommend spending money on a nicer place than risking a bad experience like we had.

I ain’t stay there again sheathing looked old and they had men hanging out outside the building. I cle back to the building my key didn’t work so I was stuck outside waiting for someone to down open the door it took 15 mins before they came I really didn’t feel safe

If you check in after 10pm I wouldn’t stay at this place if it was free. No one should have to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and check you in. Unbeknown to me. But if you check in after they “Close” (I no…I never heard of a motel closing) you have to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and check you in. If this is the new hotel model we are all doomed.

Everything was wonderful. The staff greeted me and was very helpful. I had all the amenities I needed. Everything was very clean.

It took us 50 minutes to check in because no one was at the dam gate. Never in my life have i seen this. Need a dam refund.

It was mediocre, nothing special but the room was clean and everything was functional. I like the location of the hotel, great proximity to the freeway, restaurants and stores.

They don’t bother you and it’s comfy
