Could not get the heat to work; key in room entry did not work. The entry problem was resolved after a few minutes (the battery was dead).

I enjoyed my stay. The concierge Pam was so warm snd pleasant. She made you feel at home. There was one woman in particular that was upstairs and worked the reception desk at the spa and also at the front desk reception that I did not care for her attitude. When she was asked a question she was rude and unfriendly. Because of her I never went to the spa. Otherwise everyone else very nice especially Pam.

PROS: Good central location near Union Square and transit. Excellent service. Everyone was so nice! Our room was spacious and comfortable.
CONS: Mattress was marginally supportive with terrible pillows, we both had stiff necks. Unfortunately, Our stay was marred by the poignant audible shouting of nearby hotel worker strikers. I don’t recommend going back until the striker’s needs are met.
