Door swipe really hard to get to work. Soap shampoo dispensers did not work

There was an issue with their payment system just to get cash instead of credit or debit cards and their computers supposedly where not working properly. The room was not cleat up to standards and there where stains in the towels and beddings. Smelly and noises at night make me xut my trip short

I’ve stayed here a couple of times but this time was rough. The sheets were stained, the bedside table was sticky, there was no plate in the microwave, which was also dirty, and no soap at all in the shower, but there was hair left behind. When I told the front desk about this, I was told I could get soap at the front desk… but nothing about the sheets, stickiness or cleanliness of the room. I’m not sure why I’d need to ask the front desk for soap when there are dispensers that should be filled. I’m also not sure why rooms aren’t being cleaned between guests. Compared to my previous stays, I wouldn’t stay here again. I tried to call after check out to talk to a manager and have yet to be able to get in contact with anyone.

Wouldve gotten five stars if they didnt lack on soap/shampoo/conditioner. Land line to the front desk was M.I.A but that wasnt a big deal. Cleaner ice buckets would help but overall good 1 night experience

This property was extremely run down and dirty. Bathrooms were disgusting, beds looked like they had been slept in, floors were dirty, furniture was dilapidated...would NOT recommend staying here.

I went to check in and the front desk told me they were booked and didn’t have a room for me. I explained that I already had one booked. It took 30 minutes to find my reservation. The room smelled like mold, there were stains on the walls, room hasn’t been swept in a long time. Broken glass in the picture frames. Will never stay here again

The interior looks better maintained than the exterior, which is fine.
The front desk attendant was not very helpful at all. When I first got there she was standing outside smoking and I did not realize she was the attendant. I rang the bell with no results and was getting ready to ring it again after a couple of minutes when she decided to come in. She checked me in and gave me a key with the room number on the second floor. I hauled my stuff up the stairs and found the door had a do not disturb tag on it. I went back down to let her know and she was outside smoking again. When I told her what I had found, she stated that the computer showed it empty and for me to go ahead and use the key. I went back up the stairs and tried the key. No success. It blinked red/green like someone had the internal lock on. I went back downstairs to let her know and she was outside smoking again. She double checked the computer and finally assigned me to a different room.
Apparently someone had checked in during the wee hours of the morning and thought they had the room for 24 hours. She let them know they were incorrect, blah-blah-blah.
I'm guessing housekeeping did not report the issue to anyone or someone failed to mark it in the computer system.

First off, the desk clerk tried telling me a service dog and a pet are the same thing. Legally speaking they are not. Mold on the shower curtains. Previous guests food in the fridge. I have to wonder if they ever clean these rooms. The kicker, they deactivated our room keys an hour before checkout.
