They canceled my reservation in the last moment and moved me to other facility . They gave me lower standard room. I was afraid that I would spend the night at the street because they just sent me a message that my reservation is canceled.

I could not lock the door with the lock on the handle because the lock didn’t align with the door properly. The maintenance man kept slamming the door to the housekeeping storage room and yelling down the hall to other staff members. Porsha did everything she could to make us comfortable, but I checked out because the cons outweighed the pros.

All I needed was a roof and a bed, which they do have. Very dated though. No usb chargers. No coffee in room. Full kitchenette, but not even a cup for water.

No one was at the front desk for check in for at least 10 minutes and we had small children who were very tired. There was only one staff member available at check in time. Had to call the customer service number to call the hotel to get someone to check us in.

The rooms in the hotel were filthy! Floors, bathroom, etc. were very dirty. Unable to get moved to a clean room onsite. Left the facility and refused to stay. Hope to get a full refund as the room was not used. I would not recommend
