Night manager (Robert) and front desk personnel were very caring. I had pulled my back muscles. Robert pulled my suitcases to my room and delivered my Diet Coke to my room. Front desk staff provided muffin and granola bars to stave off my hunger since I was a late arrival. I truly appreciated their caring ways to ensure I was comfortable especially since I was traveling alone and in great pain.
